The first in a series of performances of a blended programme of music, field recordings, and folk songs, in the theme of Industry. The programme features my arrangement of the Northeastern folk tune Water of Tyne, the setting of my parents voices Be nice to see you, and a new set of pieces Without knowing exactly why I found my eyes running over, which reflect on church music and communality, inspired by the programme's thoughts on community and place.
I'm touring with the quartet as multimedia facilitator as this complex programme of music and recorded sound makes its way around the England.
